4. How will I know my booking is confirmed?
You will receive your booking confirmation by email. This will include your reservation details and a confirmation number.
5. Can I cancel or make amendments to my booking?
Yes, amendments can be made through our website by logging in with your confirmation number and your e-mail. Please notice that some bookings are subject to non-flexible cancellation policies and some of their details cannot be altered e.g. arrival and departure dates, booking cancellation, etc. In that case please contact us. In case your booking is made by a travel agent, it is necessary to contact the agent directly.
6. What are the available methods of online payment?
A valid credit card is required for completing your reservation through our website. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Diners Club cards.
7. Is the online booking process secure?

8. How far in advance do I have to book my accommodation in Skopelos?
There is no time limit to when you can make your booking, but we strongly advise you to book as soon as possible to make sure there is availability. Remember also that the earlier you book, the more available offers you may find!

TRANSFER AND TRANSPORTATION
1. Do you provide transfer service from the ports of Skopelos to Rigas Hotel?
Rigas Hotel is within walking distance from the port. However, free transfer service is provided from Skopelos Town port (Chora) to Rigas Hotel upon arrival and departure, only for bookings with a four (4) nights minimum stay. A 48 hours’ notice prior to your arrival/departure is required.
In case you arrive/depart from a different port, we can gladly arrange your transfer prior to the arrival and offer it at fixed prices as follows:
Glossa Port (Loutraki) – Rigas Hotel: €45 per ride
This service is provided by an A/C taxi for up to 4 passengers with reasonable amount of luggage.
2. Do you provide transfer service from Skiathos Island Airport (JSI) to Rigas Hotel?
Skopelos Experience provides free full transfer service from Skiathos Airport (JSI) to Rigas Hotel for direct bookings made through our website or by emailing us at email@example.com, with the use of half board and a four-night minimum stay.
3. Can you provide me full transfer service from Skiathos Island Airport (JSI) to Rigas Hotel in case I am not eligible for your free transfer?
In case you are not entitled for our free transfer service, we organize the entire transfer prior to your arrival and offer it at the price of €13 per person, through the port of Skopelos Town (Chora). Should you arrive/depart from the port of Glossa (Loutraki), there is an extra charge of €45 per ride. Note that if you are not entitled to our free transfer service, the ferry tickets are not included in the above prices and depend on the boat’s type and port of arrival/departure.
4. How can I book my full transfer service from Skiathos Island Airport (JSI) to Rigas Hotel?
In order to book your full transfer service from Skiathos Island Airport (JSI) to Rigas Hotel, you have to contact us at +30 2106919111or at firstname.lastname@example.org. In case of cancellation, the cost of the transfer service is non-refundable, while modifications can be.
5. My flight arrives late at Skopelos island. How can I reach Skopelos island?
No worries! Skopelos Experience can arrange you a tailor-made private transfer from Skiathos port to any Skopelos port. Just contact us at + 30 210 6919111 or at email@example.com and give us at least a 48-hour notice prior to your arrival.
6. Can I store my luggage at Skiathos port?
Of course! If there is waiting time, our driver will indicate you where you can store your luggage free of charge until the departure of your boat for Skopelos island, so that you can take a pleasant walk to the beautiful Skiathos town.
7. What types of transportation are available on Skopelos Island?
You may use the public transportation (municipal bus) or take a taxi. You also have the option to rent a car, motorbike, scooter, quad – buggy and bicycle. Ask our reception for more information on the available options for motorbike, bicycle, boat and car rental and benefit from our discounted prices.

The Check-in time is after 14.00. The Check-out time is until 12.00. In case you have an early arrival at Skopelos or if you plan a late Check out from our hotel please let us know in advance and we will try our best to meet your request.

There is a Public Health Center in Skopelos Town (Chora) operating 24/7 all year round. There is also a private clinic and several private doctor offices.
